David Kaiserman

David J. Kaiserman is the Executive Chairman of the American Endowment for Everyday Affordability (AEEA). He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lolisk, a family investment firm spanning real estate, technology, and energy. Lolisk pairs patient capital with broad experience of diverse leaders from around the $20T US Built Environment to create transformative companies of the future. 

 

Prior to Lolisk, and for nearly two decades, Mr. Kaiserman served as President, Lennar Ventures.  Lennar Corporation is one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. In this capacity, he led strategic investments and industry-shaping innovations that spanned a wide array of cost-reducing activities, including the launch of SunStreet (later acquired by Sunnova), the world’s first Wi-Fi Certified Homes, Amazon Home Services and Retail Experience Centers, and multiple home-automation partnerships. He also oversaw corporate functions such as Government Affairs, Supply Chain, R&D, and Special Situations.

Mr. Kaiserman has served on the Board of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and as Chairman of the RESNET Housing Industry Advisory Council. He has been featured in CNBC, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. He holds a BS from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
